Capri Capital Advisors, LLC Sells Lake of Bellevue Apartments in Nashville
JULY 7, 2006 - CHICAGO, IL - Capri Capital Advisors, LLC has announced it has sold the 624-unit The Lakes of Bellevue apartment community in Nashville, Tennessee to an affiliate of Norfolk, Virginia-based Harbor Group International (HGI).
“Over the years, The Lakes of Bellevue has been a very good investment including the development of an additional 96 units in 1996 for Capri Capital Advisors,” said Alasdair Cripps, Executive Vice President of Core Investment for Capri Capital Advisors, LLC.
The Lakes of Bellevue is a 624-unit property that ranked as the fifth-largest apartment complex in the Nashville area last year.
Capri Capital Advisors purchased the property on behalf of an institutional investor in 1992.
